1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 93ko platform at 93ko.vip, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who interact with the 93ko platform in any capacity.

93ko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 93ko will endeavour to notify registered members via SMS to their registered Bangladesh mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 93ko platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are governed by the principles of fair and transparent operation. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the version of these terms in English shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 93ko platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, log in, deposit funds, place any bet or wager, or participate in any promotion on the 93ko platform. This age restriction is absolute and applies without exception regardless of the type of game, betting market, or promotional offer involved.

By creating an account with 93ko, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older as of the date of registration. You further represent that all personal information you provide during registration — including your name, Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth — is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information in order to circumvent the age restriction constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

93ko reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe specified by 93ko, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held pending verification.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

The 93ko platform is operated for use by members located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services complies with the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 93ko does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is lawful in all locations. Members who access 93ko from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to open accounts or place wagers on the 93ko platform. 93ko may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or restrict access at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member is accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the 93ko platform, you must complete the registration process and create a member account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a date of birth, and a password of your choosing. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 93ko platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different contact details — is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another member's account for any purpose. 93ko will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must contact the 93ko support team immediately at [email protected]. 93ko may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is conducted. You agree to cooperate fully with any such investigation and to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 93ko to verify your identity and ownership of the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

93ko operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to responsible and secure operations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when 93ko has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 93ko may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal processing. KYC documents are handled in accordance with the 93ko Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the 93ko platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). 93ko supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. Supported payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the deposits and withdrawals pages within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 93ko account in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. 93ko does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial services provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which 93ko accepts no responsibility.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — is strictly prohibited. Where 93ko identifies a deposit originating from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to their source, and the 93ko account in question may be subject to suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 93ko banking team on a continuous basis. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Processing times are typically within 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket transfers; bank card withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. 93ko does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity and source-of-funds verification. 93ko reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of verification. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified may be declined, with the amount returned to your 93ko account balance. Repeated withdrawal requests that cannot be verified may trigger an account review.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 93ko platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and speciality games. Where product-specific rules conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that product.

All casino games available on the 93ko platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by the licensed third-party studios that supply those games, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 93ko does not operate proprietary RNG systems. Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are set by 93ko and are subject to change at any time prior to the event commencing. Bets placed at the quoted odds at the time of confirmation are binding. Void Bets and Settlement Disputes

93ko reserves the right to void, amend, or re-settle any bet where the original settlement was based on an error — including but not limited to an incorrect score, an incorrect event result, or a technical malfunction. Decisions regarding bet settlement are final once confirmed by the 93ko trading team. Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with the 93ko support team within 72 hours of the official event result being published. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

93ko offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. Those terms — including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement and a value of ৳1,000 requires total qualifying wagers of ৳20,000 before a withdrawal can be processed. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Abuse and Misuse of Bonuses

93ko reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit — together with any associated winnings — where it determines that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner that constitutes abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk hedging strategies to complete wagering requirements without genuine betting intent; and colluding with other members to exploit promotional structures.

Members who are determined to have abused bonus terms may have their accounts restricted or permanently closed at 93ko's sole discretion. 93ko's decision on bonus-related matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93ko platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or managing another person's account without their knowledge and consent;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity in connection with sports betting markets;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the 93ko platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any content, odds data, or software belonging to 93ko;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 93ko staff or other members through any communication channel.

93ko cooperates fully with any applicable law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in connection with investigations into fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities involving the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

93ko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the member has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) the member has provided false information; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (d) the member is determined to be under the age of 18; or (e) the member requests voluntary self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, 93ko reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach-related reasons may be forfeited in accordance with these terms.

Voluntary Account Closure

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so by contacting the 93ko support team at [email protected]. Any qualifying balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completion of standard withdrawal requirements, will be returned to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
